Shipping policy

Our products are made to order. We dispatch our candle orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed.

FREE UK delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) will be applied to all candle orders over £30. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £30 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.

Our fulfilment times for other products such as clothing, mugs & home decor usually takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

   UK 5-6 business days

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Please bear in mind that during holidays this time may vary.

 Please also be advised that fulfilment times may be longer than usual during these unprecedented times and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back charges once the package has exited.
